Chapman's maintains one of the best brunches Bloomington has to offer. The "buffet style" set up offers over 20 different items and the selection changes weekly. Along with all the other dishes, each week Chapmans offers a pancake and omelette station preparing them with your choice of toppings to meet your specifications. All dishes are house made using fresh local ingredients. Brunch is served from 10am to 2pm Sundays and is $14 per person. Chapman's also offers $3 bloody marys and mimosas durning brunch.
