Chapman's Policies

   Your reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of the designated deposit on the Event Contract. In the event that the function is cancelled at least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the event is cancelled after 180 days prior to arrival, Chapman's will keep the full amount of the deposit.

   A guaranteed guest count is to be made 72 hours prior to your function to ensure proper accommodations. This guarantee is final and charges will be billed accordingly. If a guaranteed number is not received, the guarantee will be the number on the Event Contract or the actual number that attend, whichever is greater. Chapman's will be prepared to serve 5% over the guarantee.

   Prices and menu items are subject to change due to market fluctuations.

   A state tax & 17% service charge will be added to all banquet charges.

   Payment is due at the conclusion of your event, corporate billing arrangements can be made a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to your function through Chapman's Accountant. Tax-exempt groups must submit their letter of exemption and tax numbers before the scheduled function.

   For your safety and convenience, no food or beverage items may be brought into or removed from the restaurant or banquet center (exclusive of wedding cakes, mints &/ or nuts in sealed containers). Chapman's reserves the right to refuse service to any guests when in question of their age or safety to other guests.

   The customer is responsible for any damages (i.e. broken lamps, inside walls, outside walls, furniture) incurred to Chapman's during the function.

   With proper notice to the guests, in accordance with your guarantee, Chapman's reserves the right to make changes in room assignments in order to best serve all our guests.
